🎃 You’re invited to Rummy Club’s Halloween Costume Party!

RummyWorks proudly presents an afternoon of rummy games, costumes, candy, and frightfully good company on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Panera Bread, 2280 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90815!

This is a pay-to-play special event: $18 general admission, $13.50 for students and seniors, and FREE for children under 12. Register at rummy-club.org. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Invite friends, bring the family, and meld & mingle with our welcoming community! All ages and skill levels are welcome—from seasoned players to rummy rookies. We don’t require you to know the rules in advance—we’ll help you learn!

👻 HALLOWEEN TREATS & ACTIVITIES 🎃

  • Costume Contest: Come dressed to impress—or give us a friendly fright! At 3:00 PM, everyone in costume will receive a number. Players will vote for their favorite, and at 4:00 PM we’ll crown the winner with a prize. The winner must be present to claim it. Costumes are encouraged, but optional!

  • Halloween Candy: No tricks here—enjoy complimentary festive treats throughout the afternoon!

RummyWorks will bring all the rummy games, including over 24 decks of cards with written instructions for classics like Gin Rummy, Rummy 500, Continental, and Classic Canasta. We’ll also have a variety of Mah Jongg sets and multiple copies of popular commercial rummy games like Rummikub, Five Crowns, Phase 10, ScorZo, and Jok-R-ummy, plus our own RummyWorks Original, Rumipoo! Resurrect an old favorite or discover a new game to fall under its spell.

At Rummy Club, you’ll find a welcoming community eager to help new players feel at home. Some tables keep score; others enjoy a more casual game. A RummyWorks Games Host will be available throughout the event to suggest games, explain rules, or help you join a table. If a game enchants you and you’d like to take home your very own brand-new copy, just ask a RummyWorks Games Host whether it’s available for purchase!

We encourage attendees to support our amazing venue partner, Panera Bread, by purchasing from their delicious menu during the event. Please remember that no outside food or drinks are allowed.

Can’t join our Halloween Costume Party? Rummy Club meets regularly! Follow the RummyWorks Facebook Page or join a group in our RummyWorks Meetup Network, such as Long Beach Rummy Club or Orange County Rummy Club, for future dates. You can also connect with other rummy fans at rummy-club.org, in our Rummy Club Facebook Group, or on our r/RummyClub subreddit.
